All classes are conducted online via Zoom or Skype. We offer 1-on-1 private lessons and small group classes (2-4 students). Each class is 60 minutes.

Yes. Lessons and packages follow your order confirmation and our Refund & Cancellation Policy: unused lessons can be refunded within the validity period, less the lessons already taken; lessons can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In-app purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.
All our teachers are native Chinese speakers with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, hold relevant certifications (CTCSOL or equivalent), and pass our rigorous interview and demo lesson process.
Yes, you can request a teacher change at any time. Simply contact our support team and we will arrange a new teacher for you within 2 business days.
You need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. We recommend using a headset for better audio quality.
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts through your course consultant or the Contact page.
